How your enquiry details are used.

When you submit an enquiry form, the details you enter are stored: your name, work email, organisation, the product or requirement, your message and any optional fields such as country, quantity or timeframe. The page you submitted from, any campaign tags in the link you arrived by and the referring website address are stored with it.

The site also records anonymous events, such as a button being clicked or a form being opened, together with the page and campaign tags. These events contain no names, email addresses or other contact details.

Enquiry details are used only to review and respond to your enquiry. A copy is sent by email to abdul@alghuwel.com. Your details are not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Enquiries are stored in the website's hosted database, which is not publicly accessible. Booking a call uses Calendly and messaging uses WhatsApp; those services handle data under their own terms.
